Birdman is a boy asking questions, searching for answers – what’s going on, why him, why her, why does it all happen - ‘a boy from round here’, whose name they can at present remember, but who will soon be forgotten.
A group of friends who hang out up and down the river tell the story of Birdman’s last day.
